SAGA 100R-ES 12″ Lapping and Polishing Spindle Polisher

The SAGA 100R-ES Spindle Polisher is a flagship precision-finishing system from SAGA Engineering, a division of A&M Tool & Design. This zero pinch machine was developed primarily to improve safety features, reduce machine downtime, exceptional repeatability, surface accuracy, and performance. The 100R-ES serves industries including optics, photonics, defence, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing.

The stroke adjustment mechanisms have been redesigned within the base of the machine allowing stroke adjustment to be made electronically while the machine is still running and improving machine safety. This machine is available in several spindle and stroke speed ranges, with a maximum of 180 rpm at the spindle and 90 strokes per minute. This machine is available with digital tachometers, automatic shut off times, and retractable air down pressure.
